ROUTE SUB-CALCULATIONS

It is sometime useful to be able to make sub-calculations from within a planned route rather than having to create another shorter route.

Canal Planner allows us to easily view sub-calculations between 2 different locations along our planned route.

Step 1

Load up a route and view the route.

Step 2

Select one of the locations between which you require sub-calculations.

Step 3

Hold down the CTRL key on your keyboard and select the other location between which you require sub-calculations. Two locations will now be highlighted in the list, and a small box will appear in the top left hand corner of the window giving a summary of the difference in locks, miles and time between the two selected locations.
