The Canal Planner user guide can now be viewed online. Click here to open the Canal Planner User Guide. Please note that this is the User Guide for the very latest version of Canal Planner so some things may appear slightly different.
If you have any support questions please refer to our Hints & Tips or FAQs in the user guide. If you still need support, then contact us on support@canalplanner.com describing fully your problem, including if possible screenshots of the problem you are having.
UPDATE WIZARD
Canal Planner v7.00 users (purchased between May and July 2007) will need to replace the updatewizard.exe file in their application the first time that Canal Planner is installed. The updatewizard.exe file can be downloaded here
