I regret to inform all Canal Planner users that Canal Planner has been withdrawn from sale. There are many reasons for this, but the main reasons are due to the economic down torn and my relocation to another country. Canal Planner has been failing to meet the monthly outgoings with sales for some time now and as such I have eventually come to the tough decision to close down Canal Planner. I would like to thank all the people who have supported Canal Planner over the years. I am proud to have been part of this software which grew from a small application my father wrote for his own use, to the software which it became with the many versions which have subsequently been released.
For existing users of Canal Planner nothing significant will change. I will naturally maintain the server which is required for activation. I will also provide support for the system on Windows XP through to Windows 7, but I cannot promide support for future releases of Windows. What will change however is the method of that support. As I am now resident in Australia, I am unable to provide telephone support. I will however provide support via email. Most of the existing Canal Planner email addresses get heavily spammed so support will now be provided at the following email address: canalplannersupport@canalplanner.com
